That was magnificent hotel set in nice area, near beautiful gardens and well-shaded hill and beaches. The staff was very attentive, as well as host. The room itself was reasonably spacious and bright with comfortable bed and had essentials I needed...

The breakfast here was delicious with the choice of omelette or cooked eggs, and the location was great for exploring the area, being very close to restaurants, shops, and the ferry to Ponza.

The room was spacious and convenient, with climate control, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. the bed was lovely and the bathroom was clean. - the hotel's location is great, adjacent to a breezy hill, Anzio, Nettuno, and the train station. - There are plenty of restaurants nearby, such as Fraschetta del Mare, just a 20-minute walk away.

Immaculate and peaceful oasis with stunning art and library. Cornelia, the helpful host, treated us to a meditation gong demonstration. Beautiful gardens with alpines, cacti, pine trees, and palms. The cozy atmosphere made us feel like we were visiting a close friend. A short walk to the beach and delicious restaurants.

The property was perfect and in a great location, making it easy to access key attractions, which made our stay ideal and wonderful when traveling with my friend.

The hotel is located right next to Anzio in a quiet area with a breezy and well-shaded hill overlooking the neighborhood and waterfront. the breakfast was delicious with options like juice, omelette, and cooked eggs, offering a wide variety to choose from.

Stayed at an unexpectedly amazing B&B with stunning rooms, a refreshing swimming pool, and friendly hostess. The location was great, with pick-up service, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast. Lovely pool and convenient to train station and port. The hosts were genuinely kind and interesting. The spotlessly clean room had a sea view. The pool was a peaceful oasis, and the Grotte beach was breathtaking. A perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and nature. Will definitely return!

Despite the overall positive experience, the WiFi connection in the top floor room was poor, which may be inconvenient needing a reliable internet connection.
